✅ 100% Service Fee Refund Policy
HagDos follows a fair and customer-focused refund policy for all PF services. We are committed to delivering promised results, and if we fail due to our internal reasons, you are entitled to a full refund.
You Get 100% Service Fee Refund If:
- Service Failure: HagDos fails to fulfill the committed PF service requirements despite receiving all necessary documents and cooperation from you
- Internal Processing Issues: We are unable to resolve your PF-related issue due to limitations in our internal processing capabilities
- Service Incompletion: We cannot complete the service even when you have provided complete, correct, and authentic documentation
- Delayed Response: HagDos fails to provide timely updates or response within the committed service timeline (excluding government processing delays)
What’s NOT Refunded:
- Payment gateway charges (processing fees charged by payment providers)
- GST or taxes applied by payment gateway on transaction processing
- Any government portal fees or EPFO charges (if already paid)
No Refund Will Be Provided If:
- Incorrect Documents: You submit false, incorrect, incomplete, or fake documents
- Lack of Cooperation: You fail to respond to our requests or delay providing necessary information
- EPFO Decisions: Service failure occurs due to rejection, delay, or policy decisions by EPFO or government authorities
- External Factors: Issues arise due to employer non-cooperation, incorrect UAN details, or account status issues beyond HagDos control
- Client Change of Mind: You decide to cancel the service after processing has begun
- Government Processing Time: Normal EPFO processing timelines and government working procedures cause delays
Important: No Guarantee of EPFO Approval
HagDos provides consulting and facilitation services for PF-related applications. We do NOT guarantee approval, sanction, or acceptance by EPFO or government authorities. Final decisions are made by EPFO based on their policies, your eligibility, and documentation.
Refunds will NOT be issued due to:
- Rejection or non-approval by EPFO
- Policy changes or eligibility issues
- Normal EPFO processing delays
🔄 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
- Before Processing Starts: You may request cancellation before we initiate your PF service processing. Full refund of service fees will be provided (excluding payment gateway charges and GST).
- After Processing Starts: Once we have started working on your application and submitted documents to EPFO or begun liaison work, cancellation may not be possible. However, if you still wish to cancel, the decision will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Documentation Required: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from your registered email ID to care@hagdos.com or globalfinance@hagdos.com
Cancellation by HagDos
HagDos reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a service under the following circumstances:
- False Information: If you provide incorrect, false, or misleading information
- Documentation Issues: If required documents are not submitted within a reasonable timeframe despite multiple reminders
- Uncooperative Behavior: If you fail to cooperate or respond during the service process
- Legal/Compliance Issues: If legal, regulatory, or compliance issues arise that prevent service delivery
- Service Impossibility: If it becomes clear that the service cannot be completed due to factors beyond HagDos control
Important: In case of cancellation by HagDos due to client-related issues, no refund will be provided. However, if cancellation occurs due to HagDos limitations, a full refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
⏱️ Refund Request & Processing Timeline
Submit Refund Request
Send a written refund request from your registered email ID to care@hagdos.com or globalfinance@hagdos.com. Include your service details, transaction reference, and reason for refund request.
Internal Review (3-5 Business Days)
Our team will review your refund request, verify service records, and assess eligibility as per our refund policy terms.
Refund Approval & Initiation (1-2 Days)
Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email with refund details.
Refund Credit (7-15 Business Days)
The refund amount will be credited to your bank account or original payment source. Bank processing times may vary.
Important Notes on Refund Processing
- Total processing time: 7-15 working days from request submission
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
- Bank or payment gateway processing may add additional time
- All refund decisions by HagDos management are final and binding
💳 Payment Gateway & Service Charges
Service Charges vs. Government Fees
- HagDos Service Charges: Professional consulting and facilitation fees charged by HagDos for providing PF services
- Government/EPFO Fees: Any statutory charges, portal fees, or official fees required by EPFO or government authorities
Important: Our refund policy applies only to HagDos service charges. Government fees, once paid to authorities, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges (typically 2-3% of transaction amount) and applicable GST on gateway services are non-refundable in all cases, as these are charged and retained by third-party payment processors (Razorpay, PayU, etc.).
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication with HagDos may result in:
- Immediate suspension of ongoing services
- Denial of future service requests
- Legal action for service recovery costs
We encourage you to contact HagDos first for resolution before initiating any chargeback.
